Taste the Sweetness & Bitterness of the Fruits of Hong Hong at the Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market
An integral part of the trade of Kowloon, the wholesale fruit market in Yau Ma Tei has been around since 1913, when it was founded on the corners of Reclamation Road and Waterloo Road. Neighbouring the wholesale market stands the Yaumati Theatre, which is of historical significance, thus sharing an ancient bond with the Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market.
Made up of a handful stone buildings, the entire site has been classified a Grade III Historical Building. Signboards, which were hung during the pre-World War II still hangs to this date. Previously known as the Kowloon Wholesale Fruit Market, the market was renamed to that of Cheung Sha Wan Wholesale Market Complex in 1990. Despite the changes and amendments made to this historical site, many locals still hold the Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market dear to their hearts. A cultural place for any age or race, this historical structure has stood upon the streets of Kowloon for nearly the space of one century.

Serendipity And How Could You Make It Work For You
Serendipity means to make discoveries, by accident and sagacity, of things not in quest of.
Serendipity means, The joy and reward found in unexpected happenings.
Serendipity is discovering the miracle of the unexpected
Serendipity is the facility for encountering unexpected good luck, as the result of accident, sagacity, or general exploratory behavior. But chance has a fourth element in it and the principle underlying all its elements bear closer scrutiny.
The word serendipity has come from an Old Persian fairy tale and was coined by Horace Walpole.
In a letter dated 28th January 1754, he wrote to his friend, Horace Mann, the English resident in Florence I once read a silly fairy tale, called The Three Princes of Serendip as their highnesses traveled, they were always making discoveries, by accidents and sagacity, of things which they were not in quest of for instance, one of them discovered that a mule blind of the right eye had traveled the same road lately, because the grass was eaten only on the left side, where it was worse than on the right–now do you understand serendipity One of the most remarkable instances of this accidental sagacity (for you must observe that no discovery of a thing you are looking for, comes under this description) was of my Lord shaftsbury, who happening to dine at Lord Chancellor Clarendon’s, found out the marriage of the Duke of York and Mrs. Hyde, by the respect with which her mother treated her at table.
Serendip is the old Arabic name for Sri Lanka. In order to understand the correct meaning of serendipity one should read the story, The three princes of Serendip
Mr Marcus Bach suggests the following three progressive steps to get serendipity to work for you, whatever your business or profession may be. By these three steps you can find it, channel it, use it and let it use you.
